Is there really a free plan?
Yes. LinkDevi offers a genuinely free plan with unlimited short links, 10 link edits per month, click counts only, unlimited QR codes, 1 bio page, and link expiration. No credit card is required to sign up, and you can use the free plan indefinitely.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Absolutely. You can change your plan at any time from your account settings. When upgrading, you get immediate access to the new features. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
LinkDevi no longer uses monthly short-link quotas on public plans. Instead, limits depend on the feature involved, such as monthly link edits, custom domains, team seats, or bulk shorten batch size. Your existing links continue to redirect normally. If you hit a plan limit, the UI will prompt you to upgrade.
Do you offer a free trial for paid plans?
Yes. All paid plans include a free 14-day trial. A card is required to start the trial, and billing begins automatically on day 15 unless you cancel first.
Do you offer annual billing?
Public self-serve billing is currently monthly in the product. If you need custom billing or invoicing for a larger rollout, contact sales.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe. All payments are processed securely, and you can manage your billing information from your account settings at any time.
