Bulk Import & Shorten

Bulk Import & Shorten lets you create dozens, hundreds, or even thousands of short links at once instead of adding them one by one. It is ideal for marketing campaigns, product launches, team onboarding, and any situation where you need many short links created quickly.

There are two ways to add your URLs. You can paste a list of URLs directly, one per line, for a quick shortening workflow. Alternatively, you can upload a CSV file that includes extra details like custom aliases, titles, tags, and target domains for each URL.

After importing, you see a full preview table where every row is validated automatically. Invalid URLs, duplicate aliases, and formatting issues are flagged in red so you can fix them before shortening. You can edit any field inline, select or deselect individual rows, and apply bulk actions like changing the domain for all selected rows.

Once you are satisfied with the preview, click "Shorten Selected" to create the links. The system processes the batch and shows real-time progress. When processing finishes, you land on the results screen where you can copy all short URLs, export a results CSV, or navigate to your dashboard to manage the new links.

Each pricing plan includes a per-batch row limit for bulk imports. FREE plan allows up to 100 rows per batch, STARTER allows 500, PRO allows 1,000, BUSINESS allows 5,000, and TEAM allows 10,000 rows per batch. If you need more, consider upgrading your plan.
